Here are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding

Q: Do you take an equity position in the
facilities you develop/manage?
A: While we do have ownership in many of the facilities that we have
developed and managed over the years, we do not require an ownership
interest as a condition for accepting new clients. It is also
important to know that the facilities in which we do take ownership,
our philosophy has always been to only take a minority position and
leave the majority of the interests for the physicians.
Q:
How do you structure your fees?
A: Development: We offer every client a flat (and
all inclusive) rate for our development services. We do not charge
our clients according to billable hours; we want every client to
feel confident that they can come to us as much as they need to and
that all their needs will be met, without getting slapped with
"surprise" invoices at the back end of the project.
Management: We charge a flat rate based on % of net
collections. The % rate will be tailored to the scope and size of
each respective facility.
Q: Do you provide services on an A la
Carte basis?
A: Absolutely. All of our services are flexible and can be
customized to meet your exact needs.
Q: Do you provide Full or Support style
management?
A: We offer Full and Support based management. See our Services page
